5 HOLIDAY SLEEP TIPS FOR YOUR NAPPING CHILD

EPISODE 19 OF THE AFTER THE STORK PODCAST

With several holidays right around the corner, this episode of the After the Stork Podcast is meant to help you keep your napping child well-rested while still enjoying the festivities!

Here are the five tips that we will dig into during this episode:

Tip 1 - Set realistic expectations for all involved.

Tip 2 - Preserve sleep as much as possible when possible.

Tip 3 - Beware of overstimulation.

Tip 4 - What to consider if traveling for the holidays.

Tip 5 - If anything gets thrown off, get right back on track the next day with the morning reset.

And if your child is currently struggling with sleep so keeping them well-rested seems impossible? The holidays can often be a great time for sleep training!

If you do not have many plans and will be sticking around the house, the holidays can actually be a perfect time to improve sleep for your child. Just keep in mind that sleep training is more than just choosing a method! It requires some strategy.

If you want to know what to keep in mind prior to starting the sleep training, join me for my free training on Wednesday, November 27th at 10:00 AM EST. In this training I will be going over three reasons that parents fail when sleep training their napping child six months or older. Click here to register.
