HERE ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS REQUIRED PRIOR TO YOUR CONSULTATION.

STEP 2: CHOOSE A PREFERENCE, TIME AND DATE FOR YOUR CONSULTATION

By now, you have probably received an email from me that includes my availability over the next week. Make sure to respond to that email with the date and time that works for BOTH you and your partner. You will receive a Zoom calendar invitation within 24 business hours once you have completed this step.

STEP 3: INITIAL AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT FORM

BOTH parents/guardians are to initial and sign the agreement form where appropriate. You may complete this however is convenient for you - electronically if your computer allows or print and scan/take pictures. Please, email me your form once completed to megan@afterthestorksleep.com prior to 24-hours from our consultation.

STEP 4: FILL OUT THE INTAKE FORM

Your answers within this form will guide me in my preparation for our consultation together. Please, fill this out 48-hours prior to our consultation unless otherwise discussed so that we can get the best out of our time together. I will receive your answers once you hit "Submit" on the form.
