HERE ARE THE STEPS TO TAKE PRIOR TO OUR TIME TOGETHER.

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
If you have not yet done this, please, make your payment before moving onto the next steps. Click here to go to the payment page.

STEP 2: CHOOSE A TIME AND DATE FOR YOUR CONSULTATION
By now, we have probably discussed a consultation time or you have probably received an email from me that includes my availability over the next week. Make sure to respond to that email with the date and time that works for BOTH you and your partner. You will receive a Zoom calendar invitation within 24 business hours once this step is completed.

STEP 3: ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS SIGN THE AGREEMENT FORM SENT
An agreement form will be emailed to all parents/guardians using the email addresses provided during our initial discovery call. All parents/guardians are to initial and sign the agreement form where appropriate prior to 24-hours from our consultation.

STEP 4: COMPLETE THIS FORM
Fill this out 48-hours prior to our consultation unless otherwise discussed to make the best out of our time together. Your answers within this form will guide me in my preparation for our consultation together.
