WHO: This workshop is for parents of children ages six months adjusted through preschool age who are struggling with sleep* who are ready to make a change and live in or near Southeast Missouri. Whether it be short naps, no naps, bedtime struggles, waking frequently at night, waking early, taking hours to fall asleep, requiring rocking or feeding to fall asleep, or something else, this workshop will benefit you and your family if you fall into this category.

WHAT: In this workshop, we will dive into child sleep development and discuss the different components that contribute to whether or not your child sleeps well. These components consist of the following:

  1. The Sleep Environment

  2. The Daily Routine/Schedule

  3. The Bedtime and Wake Routines

  4. The Ability to Fall Asleep Independently**

While discussing these components, I will guide you while you create a Sleep Plan specifically for your child based on your child's temperament and your preferences. Because of this, attendees will need to bring a laptop or tablet.

If you would like individual support after the workshop while you implement your sleep plan, you will have the option to add on weekly support in addition to your workshop ticket.

WHY: Save time and energy by learning from an expert! With this workshop, you will be going home with a customized Sleep Plan that you would normally receive from me with a one-on-one consultation. And while getting all of this information and Sleep Plan at a lower rate, you get to connect with other struggling parents in a similar situation as you.

FEE: $127 + Service Fees

*This workshop is for those who are ready to make a change and understand change does not happen overnight, those who understand that tears may be part of the process regardless of the sleep plan created, those who are willing to provide a separate sleep space for their child, and those who are willing to follow the AAP's safe sleep guidelines for children under one year of age (adjusted).

**If your child still requires night feedings, we will take this into consideration when creating your sleep plan. You CAN guide your child to fall asleep independently and to improve both naps and nighttime sleep while also providing the feedings he/she needs. However, if you would like to remove night feedings with the approval of your child's pediatrician, we can discuss this.

***Please, note that I am not a medical professional and the information provided is not to help with medical issues. This is strictly based on behavioral sleep issues. If you have concerns about any medical issues, please, consult your child's pediatrician or a local sleep clinic.
